Motorway Service Areas (MSAs)

M-2 MSAs are public facilities, located at regular intervals, with the objective to provide commuters an opportunity to rest, eat, or refuel their vehicles without exiting on to secondary roads.  There are ten (10) MSAs located on M-2, five (5) on each bound (North and South), connected through pedestrian bridges for cross over. These MSAs remain open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, including public holidays. MORE is committed to provide international standard services to commuters at these MSAs. Amenities available at these MSAs include fuel and CNG stations, public and luxury washrooms / shower rooms, international / national food brand outlets, marts and tuck shops, ladies and gents mosque, auto workshop, M-Tag recharge and facilitation center, emergency medical services, ambulance and NH&MP etc. Locations are as follows:

MSA Sukheki         – KM 93 (North and South)
MSA Sial                 – KM 137 (North and South)
MSA Bhera             – KM 197 (North and South)
MSA Kallar Kahar  – KM 242 (North and South)
MSA Chakri            – KM 315 (North and South)

Motorway M-2 Rest / Lay-by Areas

Rest / Lay-by areas on M-2 are public facilities, located at regular intervals, with the objective to provide commuters an opportunity to rest, eat, and take a short break from driving. There are twelve (12) Rest / Lay-by area located on M-2, six (6) on each bound (North and South). These Rest / Lay-by Areas remain open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, including public holidays. Amenities available include public washrooms, food outlets, tuck shops, ladies and gents pray areas, auto workshop etc. Locations are as follows:

Rest / Lay-by Area – KM 60 (North and South)
Rest / Lay-by Area – KM 109 (North and South)
Rest / Lay-by Area – KM 209 (South)
Rest / Lay-by Area – KM 222 (North)
Rest / Lay-by Area – KM 256 (North and South)
Rest / Lay-by Area – KM 274 (North and South)
Rest / Lay-by Area – KM 349 (North and South)

Price List

The issuance of price list is a concern of Deputy Commissioner Officer (DCO) of respective district. These price list were displayed at prominent locations of each MSAs and Rest Public Lay-by Areas. MORE implemented the price list at MSAs and Rest / Lay-by Areas. MORE staff ensured that all the commodities were sold as per DCO price list. Complaint Procedure

MORE have devised the procedure for managing the complaints. Details are as follows:

1. Complaint numbers of MORE staff and FWO helpline is displayed at prominent locations of MSAs and Rest / Lay-by Areas.
2. The numbers of MORE staff and FWO helpline remains operational 24/7.
3. MORE staff is vigilant and approach respective commuters for any sort of issue.
4. The complaints are reviewed and dealt professionally by MORE staff.
5. Validity of complaints are investigated by MORE HQ.

6. The penalty notices issued against the complaints by MORE HQ.
